Kelis Files For Divorce

Kelis is to split from her rapper husband Nas, it has been confirmed.
In a statement released to the media, the R&B star's representatives said Kelis had filed for divorce.
It comes weeks after Nas spoke of his happiness over the forthcoming birth of the couple's first child.
The seven months pregnant singer is believed to have cited irreconcilable differences on the divorce petition.
Her representative said: "I can confirm that she has filed for divorce. We request the media to respect her privacy during this very difficult time."
